How Jack Got Here
Jack began his athletic career as a gymnast with Paragon in Fredericksburg, VA, first at the recreational level and then advancing to the boys' competition team. Inspired by a cousin and his college wrestling teammates, Jack decided to try wrestling in sixth grade, and he was hooked. The core strength and mental toughness Jack developed as a gymnast were a natural fit for the wrestling world. He dedicated himself to studying wrestling strategy, always seeking to improve every time he hit the mat.Â
Training
Jack has been fortunate to work with incredibly strong coaches and mentors at gyms and camps throughout his wrestling journey, each of whom has helped shape him into the wrestler he is today.Â
